    FAQs

    Why they choose us

Domiciliary / home care is a term commonly used to define the range of services put in place to support an individual in their own home. Domiciliary / home care can range from a 30 minute intervention daily or weekly, such as assistance with bathing, to a couple of hours per day and up to 24/7 home care.

The biggest advantage of domiciliary / home care is that it allows your or your loved one to retain their comfort independence in the home they know and love.

Domiciliary / home care services are provided in an individual’s own home, whereas residential care involves the person moving permanently into a supervised establishment set up solely to provide care

We can help you with home care that is designed for your needs by coming up with a be-spoke care plan. These services are provided by qualified care workers or nurses. We cover a broad range of services that primarily revolve around helping clients maintain their independence in their own home. These include assistance with Activities of Daily Living such as personal care and grooming, bathing, personal care. We can help you with respite care, nursing care, live-out care and live-in care.

We strive for consistency with our clients. If a client has an ongoing and regular service, then we try our best to schedule the same nurse or care worker to ensure continuity of care as much as possible.

Any medications or consumables to be able to administer the care need to be provided by the client. The client also must provide a valid and legal prescription stating the intervention(s) needed and frequency of treatment. We can liaise with your personal doctor to help you meet these requirements.

We will contact you in advance and plan our visit/s.

We strive to ensure that everyone has a positive experience. We hope you will never have a reason to complain but if there is something you are not happy with, then please get in touch with us. We are always open and welcome to constructive feedback and ideas. There are many ways how you can contact us:
